1. Business details
Plump & Pout Aesthetics operates from 3 Blucher Street, Barnsley, S70 1AP. Contact: plumpandpoutaesthetics@outlook.com or 07304092876.
2. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep treatment descriptions, prices and availability accurate. Images are illustrative, results vary, and website information is not a substitute for an individual consultation. We may correct errors before accepting or performing a booking.
3. Booking and contract formation
Submitting an order does not guarantee treatment. A contract is formed when payment and the appointment are accepted and confirmed. Treatment remains subject to consultation, age verification, suitability, consent and any prescription or professional requirements.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price and treatment option displayed at checkout apply to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors. Payment may be taken in full or as a stated booking amount. Any remaining balance must be paid as agreed before or at the appointment.
5. Treatment suitability
We may decline, postpone, modify or stop a treatment where it is not suitable, safe, lawful or in the client’s best interests. Relevant medical, medication, allergy and treatment history must be disclosed honestly. Failure to provide accurate information may make treatment unsafe and may affect any remedy available.
6. Results and aftercare
Outcomes differ between individuals and no specific result or duration is guaranteed. You agree to follow preparation and aftercare instructions and to contact the clinic promptly with concerns.
7. Cancellation rights
Statutory cancellation rights apply where required. Where you expressly ask us to begin providing a service during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the proportion supplied and may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. Appointment cancellations are also subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
8. Products
Any retail products are supplied subject to product descriptions, manufacturer instructions and statutory rights. Hygiene-sensitive or sealed items may have restricted change-of-mind return rights once opened, where legally permitted.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses incurred by consumers or problems caused by inaccurate information, ignored advice or unauthorised third-party treatment.
10. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content, branding, photographs and design may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit malicious code, make fraudulent bookings or abuse staff.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another part of the UK where applicable.
