1. Reserving an appointment
Choose your preferred treatment, date and time online. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive your booking confirmation.
2. Appointment length
Appointment times are planned around the expected consultation and treatment needs. Some visits may take slightly more or less time depending on individual requirements.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Unless a different notice period is clearly shown at checkout, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. Where less notice is provided, we may retain or charge only a fair amount reflecting our direct loss, taking account of any ability to refill the appointment. Statutory rights are unaffected.
4. Late arrival and no-shows
Late arrival may shorten the treatment or require rescheduling where proceeding would affect safety or the next client. A no-show may result in loss of a fair booking amount or a requirement to prepay future appointments, subject to consumer law.
5. Clinic changes
If we must cancel or materially change an appointment, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund the affected payment. We are not responsible for consequential costs that were not agreed in advance, except where the law says otherwise.
6. Consultation, tests and prescriptions
Some treatments require a separate consultation, patch test, cooling-off period, prescriber assessment or medical approval. A booking does not override these requirements.
7. Illness and contraindications
Please contact us before attending if you are unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, taking new medication, have an active infection, have recently undergone another procedure or have any change that may affect suitability.
