1. Treatment bookings
Refunds for cancelled appointments are assessed under the booking policy, statutory cancellation rights and consumer law. Any cancellation amount will be fair and reflect actual direct loss rather than operate as a penalty.
2. Services already supplied
A completed treatment is not refundable simply because a client changes their mind or because results differ from another person. However, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Contact us promptly if you believe a service was not provided as agreed so that we can assess and offer an appropriate remedy where required.
3. Clinic cancellation or unsuitability
If we cancel and cannot offer an acceptable alternative, the affected payment will be refunded. Where consultation shows that a prepaid treatment is unsuitable, we will discuss alternatives or a refund for treatment not supplied, subject to any clearly disclosed and fair consultation charge.
4. Online retail products
Where statutory distance-selling cancellation rights apply, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within the following 14 days. Products must be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Opened sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded where the law permits.
5. Faulty or misdescribed products
Statutory remedies apply to faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods. Contact us with the order number and photographs where appropriate.
6. Refund method
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
